Fight against Suicide Ltd T/A Cycle Against Suicide is a private company limited by guarantee and not having a share capital. The registered office is: Kerry Technology Park, Dromtacker, Tralee, Co. Kerry. It has been granted tax exemption by the Revenue Commissioners in Ireland and has a charitable tax exemption number: CHY20867. For the purposes of these Terms, “we” or “us” or “our” refer to Cycle Against Suicide and “you” or “your” refer to you the user of this website and/or the customer purchasing products from this website.
Our aim is to safeguard our users’ privacy while providing a personalised and valuable service. Collecting personal information is necessary if we are to satisfy the expectations and requirements of our users, e.g. by communicating with them and providing an interactive service, these terms and conditions will set out how this information is used.
We may change the format and content of the website from time to time. You should refresh your browser each time you visit the website to ensure that you access the most up to date version of the website.
Please note that we may change these Terms at any time without prior consultation, in which case the amended Terms will be posted on this website. The amended Terms will apply from the date we post them on the website, with the exception that any orders that we have already accepted from you before the new Terms are posted will continue to be subject to the Terms in force when your order was accepted. - Accessing and using this website
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to deny any user access to this website or any part of it without prior notice. You agree to only use this website in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations and is consistent with the Terms and does not infringe the rights of any third party, nor restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of this website.
- What information do we collect?
We collect two kinds of information about our users:

Whilst this statement covers our privacy practices and how we will use any data collected from our website and Social media pages (such as Cycle Against Suicide pages on sites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) it doesn’t cover how providers of social media websites will use your information. You should read the social media site’s privacy policies before adding any content to our social media pages. Make use of the social media site privacy settings and reporting mechanisms to control the way that your information is handled.
- Copyright restrictions
Commercial use or publication of all or any item displayed is strictly prohibited without prior authorisation from Cycle Against Suicide. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring any licence by Cycle Against Suicide to use any item displayed. Documents may be copied for personal use only on the condition that copyright and source indications are also copied, no modifications are made and the document is copied entirely. However, some documents and photos have been published on this site with the permission of the relevant copyright owners (who are not Cycle Against Suicide). All rights are reserved on these documents and permission to copy them must be requested from the copyright owners)
Cycle Against Suicide places a great importance on the security of all personally identifiable information associated with our supporters, customers and users. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal data under our control. For example, our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorised personnel have access to user information. We use secure server software (SSL) to encrypt personal information you input before it is sent to us. While we cannot ensure or guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of data will not occur, we use our best efforts to prevent this.
- Ordering Products
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms. All orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company. Your submission of an order represents an offer to purchase the products indicated by you, and is not binding on us until we have accepted your order. This means that if a product is shown on the website but becomes unavailable, is incorrectly priced, incorrectly described or if we are unable to arrange delivery to your country or region, we will have no legal obligation to sell you that product. Shortly after we receive your order, we will send you an acknowledgement via email. This email is issued automatically and does not mean that your order has been accepted. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and us will occur at the point at which we dispatch the product to you. Any products on the same order which we have not dispatched to you do not form part of that contract. If we cannot accept your order for any reason, we will contact you to explain why, and we will re-credit your credit or debit card with the full amount of any sums debited in respect of any part of the order we have not accepted. We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access direct from this website, and so please print out these Terms and the order acknowledgement for your own records.
- Refund policy
Refund policy: Only defective/damaged goods will be replaced or refunded where notified within 7 days of dispatch. When you send your item back to us we will process the returned item and offer you the choice of a replacement or a refund. All other refund requests will be at the discretion of Cycle Against Suicide. This does not affect your statutory rights. If for any reason you suspect that your credit card has been used to make an inaccurate or incorrect transaction through this website, please advise us at the earliest opportunity by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will investigate and arrange a refund as necessary.
